Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind all of our products.  We build our products with only the finest materials and they will last.
As the original owner and used for its intended purpose, we stand behind our Tether Table Aero, Vu Mounts, Rock Solid Gear, AeroTabs and Wallee Connect and Connect Lite brackets for as long as you use it with our Product Lifetime Warranty.  Wear and tear is not covered under our warranty policy.
Tether Tools warrants all Tether Pro Cables and Adapters, Cable Cases and bags, JerkStoppers, Wallee Mounting System and select Aero accessories shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered under a limited 90 day warranty.  Wear and tear is not covered under our warranty policy.
All non-Tether Tools brand products and software are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Returns and exchanges: 
You have the right to return or exchange any product purchased through our webshop within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items purchased. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note – Refund will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once opened, software, memory cards, batteries, wireless transmitters and data storage devices can not be returned.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds 
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for purchasing the item. Have you purchased the item in cash, please include wire instrutions for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.
Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS UPON DELIVERY
Damaged in delivery: If you’ve found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier . These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees , brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hot Cold Studio, Street 20C, Al Qouz Industrial 3 Dubai UAE P.O.Box 211689 after obtaining return approval from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
